Coldplay performed their track “Atlas” from The Hunger Games: Catching Fire live for the first time on Thursday night (December 19th.) The performance was part of the “Under 1 Roof” concert in London organized by the band.
According to Rolling Stone, “Atlas” was played after a botched version of their hit song “Fix You.” Chris Martin was supposedly so content with how the song went that he hopped up from his piano and did a victory lap around the stage.
- The concert also featured sets from Lily Allen, Robbie Williams, and Ricky Gervais in character as David Brent from the UK version of The Office.
- Proceeds from the show benefitted Kids Company — a charity that provides “practical, emotional and educational support to vulnerable inner-city kids.”
