Nothing More is about to crack the rock radio Top Five with “This Is The Time (Ballast),” the first single from the group’s upcoming self-titled debut.
The disc is out next Tuesday (June 24th) and we asked bassist Daniel Oliver what it’s like to already be on tour before the record arrives:
“I don’t know, it’s kind of cool, you know, just to be out and kind of be building this anticipation so when the record finally drops, you know, people have heard the song and maybe heard some things leaked on YouTube or something like that. I don’t know, it’s a neat feeling, the buzz happening before the record drops, for sure.”
- Nothing More was formed in San Antonio, Texas in 2003.
- The band was signed by Eleven Seven Music for what the label described as a “guaranteed five album contract.”
- Nothing More plays this Saturday (June 21st) in Baldwinsville, New York and will join Five Finger Death Punch, Volbeat and Hellyeah on a major trek beginning September 16th in Salt Lake City.
