While chatting with fans in San Diego at Comic-Con, Quentin Tarantino confirmed that we can expect to see “Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair” in theaters soon. It’s an extended cut of the director’s two-part martial arts/vengeance epic, with an added 30 minute anime sequence.
In other Tarantino news, the eccentric director is also developing a Django-meets-Zorro comic book crossover and has confirmed that filming of the post-Civil War movie ‘The Hateful Eight’ will start early next year.
Quentin said, “Yes, we are going to be doing The Hateful Eight. All for you. We weren’t sure about it but I just decided just now. I’ve been chatting with The Weinstein Company and we plan on releasing the movie within the next year, with limited theatrical engagement.”
