The final installation of The Hobbit comes out today, and although it’s true that the movies are far too bloated and way too long, it’s still sad to know that there’s nothing else after this. At least when Lord Of The Rings ended, we still knew that there was a hobbit story untouched. Now what? Peter Jackson’s view of Middle Earth couldn’t have been any better, or more detailed. I’ll miss looking forward to the next movie. Here’s an article with a featurette showing the cast’s goodbyes and recollections.
