In the early hours of Wednesday morning, Slipknot guitarist Mick Thomson and his brother engaged in a knife fight in the front yard of a residence in Clive, Iowa. Police found the two of them, reportedly drunk, showing non-threatening knife wounds; Thomson had one in the back of his head. The two were taken to hospitals in separate ambulences.
“Neither individual was very cooperative,” Clive Police Chief Michael Venema told the New York Daily News.
Slipknot’s manager has stated that the guitarist will be present for the April 25th kickoff of the band’s North American tour.
