I was watching Anthony Bourdain’s No Reservations on the weekend. He had an episode that was basically a “how to.” He traveled around and had expert chefs show you how to make regular food.
After watching this chef cook a perfect mouth watering cheese burger, I think I NEED a flattop.
“I hate people who serve burger with a cold bun, you know?”
Yes I do French chef guy, yes I do.
Now, what are the perfect toppings for your burger?
Cheese, bacon? yes.
Iceburg or butter lettuce. Tomato, pickle and onion. Sauce for me is usually just mayo. or mayo mustard.
Or I call it McDonald’s style, but just onion and pickle..a little mustard and ketchup. woah.
