Vancouver real estate is our favourite reality show/blood sport. Here is the latest, “HOLY SHIT” story. A little baby 945-square foot house just sold for $1.35 MILLION. Hey why not, it’s Vancouver!
House does boast such amenities as a yard, and a one car garage.
The house is barely wider than a skytrain car. I like trains.

Seems odd to me, but then I don’t have $1.35 for a itty-bitty house.
But what if you did? Would living in Point Grey matter that much? I love the ocean, I love the city, but I also you know, love my sanity.
Ahhhh…I am sure there are many people that make their living off commissions that will tell me this is a great investment, what do I know?
If you had $1.35 million for a house somewhere in Southern BC, where would you live?
My wife would say Cordova Bay on Vancouver Island. I’d look for something along the Howe Sound OR west coast of Vancouver Island.
