Doritos recently announced a special edition “rainbow” bag of Doritos tortilla chips to help support the charity It Gets Better. It Gets Better supports LGBT youth to combat bullying and build self-esteem.
After the announcement, certain people were upset at Doritos and voiced their concerns on the Doritos Facebook page. Enter Mike Melgaard. He created a fake Doritos customer service account and replied to some of the upset individuals. Basically he did what so many of us that work in frontline customer service wish they could do for real.
Some of these are pretty funny.
