Here’s a viral video & story for all of us that have worked customer service and had to deal with entitled shitbags. Drunk 19-year-old University of Connecticut student Luke Gatti walked into a Union Street Market last Sunday night (open beer bottle in hand) and wanted “some fuckin’… bacon… jalapeño mac ‘n cheese.”
When the manager refused to sell the drunk dummy the mac & cheese, it got weird, then violent. It ultimately ended with Luke, pinned to the floor, Adidas flip-flops strewn about, and cuffed by the police. If you want to get to the crux of it, fast forward to 6:14.
Thrillist reports: “He’s since been charged with breach of the peace and criminal trespass, with bail set at $1,500, and is scheduled to appear in court on October 13th. Given his history of run-ins with the law, this might not end too well.”
