Star Wars is coming.
I know you super fans have already pre-bought your tickets to see it opening night or weekend. And probably you bought your tickets based on your region or availability…but if you could choose the best theatre to immerse yourself in a galaxy far, far away, which one is the best in the Lower Mainland?
I saw this blog from Navut, the Top 5 Movie Theatres in Vancouver. The list is alright, but Navut seems to be going for trendy boutique theares with tastefully curated film selections. Aside from their top choice of Scotiabank Theatre, these movie palaces don’t scream BIG BUDGET DISNEY SPACE EWOK ACTION!
So what are the best movie theatres in the Lower Mainland to watch Star Wars?
Adrian sends us to Navut’s top pick, Scotiabank Theatre! And why not? Downtown, and the theatre offers all the amenities you need to make those blaster blasts pop!
Matt and Amy are speaking my language. Coquitlam! Lots of parking and that VIP theatre is thew way civilized adults should have always been seeing a film. Will they be serving up Corellian Brandy?
Can’t argue with that. Reserved seating is a magical innovation to the modern movie going experience.
Stuart says the movie theatre looks like a spaceship. Talk about immersing yourself in the action!
and of course…it’s always better in Portland.
What is your favourite place to see a big budget movie in the Lower Mainland?
