Boyan Slat is a 21-year-old Dutch man who thought of a way to scrub the oceans of all the plastics that we have polluted. The current method for cleaning our oceans is old fashioned. Slat came up with the idea of letting the ocean currents move the garbage to anchored collection platforms.
