Every day I read about another food concoction that will surely prevent me from ever sticking to a diet of any type.
Today it’s the Egg Waffle Cone. An ice cream cone made of Hong-Kong-style egg waffles. These are like normal waffles, except where the normal waffle has squares that dip IN, the egg waffle has pockets of air that stick out, resembling eggs.
Eggloo – an ice cream shop in New York – has managed to turn these into cones for ice cream to deliciously fit into.
In Vancouver we DO have the Bubble Waffle Cafe… but we have yet to add ice cream.
