Last night (May 31st), Eddie Vedder performed at The Who’s “Who Cares About the Next Generation” charity performance in Los Angeles. The Pearl Jam frontman played a mini-set that included “Rise,” “Can’t Keep,” and more. He gave the following dedication of “Last Will and Testament”: “Here’s a song about estate planning. A friend of mine worked with Prince, and she said it’s such a tragedy, and she said adding to that tragedy, you’ve got to get your affairs in order, Ed. Because she knows that I don’t, she said it’s a horrific nightmare, so this is truly about estate planning.”
Joan Jett also performed, and the auction and benefit raised $3.2 million for Teen Cancer America.
