Beastie Boy’s Ad-Rock has joined forces with vegan friendly shoe company Keep to design a shoe for charity.
Adam Horovitz, aka Ad-Roc, created a mid-top shoe called the Keep x Ad-Rock Ramos. He made “a sneaker that would keep him warm during the winter months.”
So much technology crammed in this shoe like, “water-resistant, nylon cordura body and is lined with synthetic shearling. The ankle features a channel quilted, silicon coated nylon accent, stuffed with synthetic down.”
The shoe sells for $97 and proceeds benefit Planned Parenthood in the United States. Pre-order the shoe here.
Best part about these ethically made shoes for Canadians…water resistant!
We could not be more stoked to announce our latest collaboration with #BeastieBoy Adam Horovitz aka Ad-Rock. What began as a quest for a winter shoe has now evolved into an opportunity to garner support for women’s health. The Keep x Ad-Rock limited edition Ramos features a weather resistant, nylon cordura body, synthetic fleece lining and channel quilting on the ankles. Net proceeds from this project will benefit #PlannedParenthood. Pre-order now. Shoe ships in Feb! Now, more than ever, we rely on community to support and strengthen each other.
