The pride of Langley, actor Jacob Tremblay, was once again at the NHL Awards in Las Vegas.
The 10-year-old film actor in movies like Room, Wonder, and The Book of Henry was there to give out the Bill Masterton Memorial Trophy. The award is for the NHL player “who best exemplifies the qualities of perseverance, sportsmanship, and dedication to ice hockey.”
Tremblay then riffed off perserverance before dropping the hammer on the Vancouver Canucks. But hey, it is all for the laugh and a little self-depreciating humour. The ‘Nucks are his favourite team. Same Jacob, same.
