HOW TO PICK UP YOUR PRIZE!
Hey! Were you lucky enough to win a prize from 99.3 The Fox?
Here are the details on everything you will need to know about picking up your prize.
To avoid the hassle of coming down to the station and your prize not being in please call first and check with reception to see if your prize is in. Concert tickets usually do not arrive here until 2-3 weeks after the on-sale date. But it's always best to giive us a call before coming down. The number to call is. 604-684-7221.
The FOX Opening Hours:
*Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm.
*Saturday, Sunday, Holidays: CLOSED
If you are coming down to the station to pick up your prize, please be here before 5:00pm as no one can gain entry to the building after that time.
If you can't use your tickets, consider donating them to The Kids Up Front Foundation. It's a non-profit charity group that redistributes unused tickets to underprivileged kids. You can drop off your tickets to their office at 230 - 425 Carrall Street, Vancouver (building entrance is through the parking lot at 23 West Pender – buzzer #2300).

We are located at Suite 2000 - 700 West Georgia St Vancouver, BC V7Y 1K9.
WHERE DO I PARK?
We are located in The TD Tower above Pacific Centre. There are lots of paid parking spots in the lot below the building. You can enter the parking lot from Howe St. or Robson St.
IS MY PRIZE IN YET?
It's always a good idea to call the station before you come and claim your prize to make sure it's in. Some prizing takes a few days or longer to be recieved, it's always good to ensure it is here waiting for you. Call 604-684-7221.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PICK UP MY PRIZE?
Some form of Government Picture ID such as a Driver's license or BC ID.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP MY PRIZE?
CAN A COURIER PICK UP MY PRIZE?
CAN YOU MAIL ME MY PRIZE?
Unfortunately you cannot send someone else, a courier or ask us to mail you your prize. As the prize winner you are responsible for claiming your prize in person so we can verify your ID and have you complete a standard prize acceptance waiver.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK UP MY PRIZE?
You have 30 days to pick up your prize. Concert tickets, event and movie passes must be picked up by 5pm the day of the show or the Friday prior if the event falls on a weekend. We do not leave tickets at Will Call.
HOW LONG UNTIL I CAN WIN AGAIN?
You may win a prize from The Fox every 30 days.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRIZE?
Prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred.
MOVIE PASSES
If you have won a movie pass, please arrive at the screening early as seating is limited and on a first-come first-served basis. Screenings are deliberately overbooked to ensure capacity and no one will be admitted after a screening begins. Passes do not guarantee admission, are not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
CONCERT & EVENT CANCELLATIONS
If you won tickets to a concert or event from The FOX and it is cancelled, we unfortunately can not give out replacement tickets to another concert or event. Cancellations are completely out of 99.3 The Fox's control.
AWARDING PRIZES
99.3 The Fox has the final decision in any matter relating to the prize or contest.
