Happy 2012! It's a year new and I am getting back it.

I had a baby girl last December and I haven't been back at a workout routine (in full effect) since Maya Sofia was born. My workouts, as of late, have consisted of running around after a one year old. I am ready to shake things up – I just started training with one of the personal trainers at Steve Nash Fitness World & Sports Club, Phil Whittmer. On our first meeting, he assessed my weight, body fat, measurements and then he did a fitness test to see what my fitness levels were at. From there, we started our first session, which was HARD, I am not going to lie. But it went by in a flash because he changes things up and keep things really exciting.

I love the fact that I don't have to think about my workout – he maps it out and then guides me through everything. I left my first session feeling like I was walking on air – I could literally feel every bone in my body – head to toe. We do a total body conditioning workout.

Follow along with my videos below (more to come!) and keep up to date with how I'm doing with the training and workouts with my blog.
